What is HomeContractors?
HomeContractors is the only online project search engine for construction jobs in India.

We provide all the information related to a members business. Our mission is to bridge the gap between contractors & end users, we want the end-user to get the value for their hard earned money, and they deserve to get the best contractor
in their vicinity.

HomeContractors provide a user friendly platform for members and end-users to view and submit projects.
How does it work?
HomeContrators is a platform developed to bridge the gap between contractors and end-users, this is the best way to contact “A” grade contractors in your area.

For end-users, it’s all about submitting a project on HomeContractors.in. You don’t require creating an account to post your projects. As soon as your project is submitted, it is sent to our moderators to analysis the project. The project once analyzed for authenticity is published on HomeContrators, it is available to all the registered contractors to view and quote for same. Apart from this we mail you the contact details of top 10 contractors registered with us. This process generally takes 2 – 3 hours depending on the project queue.

Contractors need to create an account on HomeContractors.in to receive regular updates from the website. Every time a new project is submitted on the website within your list of locations, we mail you the contact details of project owner instantly. Contractor is entitled to full access of all the projects submitted on the website at any point of time during his subscription period.
Do you provide a demo account for Contractors?
We do not provide any demo account for contractors, however for promotional purposes contractors can have a free account for 6 months. So hurry … Grab the offer NOW!!!!

How do I submit a project?
Project submission is fairly simple. Go to “Submit Project” from homepage, you do not need to login on HomeContractors to submit a project. All you need to do is select the appropriate category of your project and then fill in all the details of your project on the following page.  Click on “Submit” to publish the project.

The project submitted will not be published immediately, it will be moderated before it is published. We moderate all submitted projects to avoid illegal use of the website.
Do I need an account to submit project?
End user does not to create an account for submitting project. However Contractors need to create an account for viewing submitted project details



How does the contractor contact me?
Contractor can contact you either by phone or email. While submitting a project you can select how you would like to be contacted. The phone number you have provided will not be displayed to contractors if you opt to be contacted by “email”.
Why do I need to rate a contractor?
Ratings are perhaps the most important service we offer to our users. For all projects you place with HomeContractors, you'll be asked to submit Ratings for the contractor you worked with. When you do, you not only help other people make their choice, but you contribute to the overall quality of service we offer.

Every time a job is completed, contractor will send you a rating request. We expect every end user to accept this request to help us improve the quality of service.
How much does it cost for a Contractor to be a member?
HomeContractors offer only short term subscriptions at the moment, you can opt for 1 or 3 month(s) subscription. You will be billed for $8 on Gold Plan and $24 for Platinum plan.

You get full access of all the contracts submitted on website. All pricing is for unlimited site usage for a single user.

Are there any hidden costs?

There is no hidden cost apart from the one mentioned for purchasing a particular plan. All services are offered in all the plans provided.
What does a Contractor get for being a member?
You receive unlimited access to our project database for a single licensed user. This includes all project details and contact information. We also provide project documents, plans and specifications when available, as well as project maps and site photos. There are no additional or hidden fees for this.

Can I share my account?
You may not share your account information with anyone. Sharing your account information is against our licensing policy.HomeContrators implement a variety of methods to ensure user licenses are not violated. If a violation is found, you may be subject to additional fees and account termination.

Is it safe to do a payment transaction on HomeContractors?

HomeContractors uses world famous payment merchants like PayPal & Google to ensure safe payment transaction. We do not store any payment information.
